Its financial products include home loans for both domestic and international residents, as well as pensioners. The company also provides construction finance and term loans for real estate developers, alongside credit facilities for corporate clients and financing for employee housing. Further expanding its services, LIC Housing Finance extends loans against properties for businesses and individuals, offers credit against various securities, and facilitates loans structured through rental securitization. Tailored loan products are also available for professionals. Beyond its core lending activities, the company manages, advises, and acts as a trustee for venture capital and alternative investment funds. It is also involved in developing residential projects specifically designed for senior citizens and distributes a variety of financial products such as life and general insurance, mutual funds, and credit and LIC cards. The company's extensive product portfolio reaches customers via home loan agents, direct sales representatives, and customer relation associates. As of March 31, 2021, its operational network comprised 24 back offices, 282 marketing offices, 1 customer service point, 9 regional offices, and international representative offices located in Dubai and Kuwait.
