BRC Inc. has expanded its Board of Directors, appointing seasoned leaders Lawrence “Chip” Molloy and Major General Retired Clayton Hutmacher as new members. Molloy, with a background as CFO in various consumer companies and a former U.S. Navy fighter pilot, will chair the Audit Committee and join the Compensation Committee, while Hutmacher, who has extensive military experience and heads a nonprofit for children of fallen special operations personnel, will contribute to the Compensation and Nominating Committees. Both are considered independent directors with the expertise to guide BRC Inc. through its future endeavors, and their compensation includes annual cash as well as restricted stock unit awards.
