Bulls Say, Bears Say
Bulls Say
Revenue GrowthRevenue rising from $64.4M (FY2025) to ~$71.8M TTM indicates sustained demand and top-line momentum. This growth creates scope for operating leverage, supports margin recovery at the operating and EBITDA lines, and provides a larger base for deleveraging or reinvestment over the medium term.
Improving Cash GenerationPositive operating cash flow and free cash flow in the TTM reflect improving cash conversion versus prior periods. Durable cash generation, if maintained, strengthens liquidity, reduces reliance on external financing, and supports debt servicing, capex or targeted reinvestment over coming quarters.
Governance ContinuityShareholder approval of Class B directors and ratification of Whitley Penn LLP reinforces board continuity and stable external audit oversight. Consistent governance reduces execution risk, improves disclosure reliability, and supports strategic continuity across a multi-year horizon.
Bears Say
Negative Equity / High LeverageNegative shareholders' equity alongside roughly $195M of debt indicates a severely stressed capital structure. This elevates refinancing and solvency risk, constrains financial flexibility, and makes the company highly sensitive to earnings volatility and adverse credit-market conditions over the medium term.
Inconsistent ProfitabilityOperating and EBITDA margins have improved, but net results remain inconsistent with a near-breakeven TTM after earlier big losses. Without sustained net profitability, the company struggles to build equity, retain earnings, and create a reliable buffer to absorb shocks or to reduce leverage structurally.
Volatile Free Cash FlowAlthough FCF is positive in the TTM, historical swings (periods of negative FCF in FY2023 and FY2021) show cash generation is not consistently durable. This volatility complicates planning, weakens assurance of sustained debt service capacity, and raises execution risk for long-term investments.
