Its operations are divided into two main segments: Wagering and Media, and Gaming Services. The Wagering and Media division provides betting opportunities across numerous channels, including traditional retail outlets like TAB agencies, hotels, clubs, and on-course facilities, as well as modern digital platforms accessible via the internet, mobile devices, and telephone. This segment also features "Trackside," a simulated racing product, and facilitates international wagering and pooling activities. Additionally, it manages significant media assets, such as the three Sky Racing television channels dedicated to broadcasting thoroughbred, harness, and greyhound racing, the Sky Racing Active digital application for live and on-demand race content, and the Sky Sports Radio network. The Gaming Services division focuses on supporting the electronic gaming machine (EGM) industry. Its services encompass the monitoring and associated management of EGMs, the provision of these machines and their supporting systems, and strategic consulting for licensed gaming venues. This segment also offers enhanced services to venues, including sophisticated gaming and loyalty systems, business intelligence tools, and cashless transaction technologies like ticket-in/ticket-out. Furthermore, it manages the logistics, installation, and relocation of equipment, and provides repair and maintenance services for EGMs, lottery and wagering terminals, and other transaction devices.
