Discovery (WBD) dismissed three offers from competitor Paramount Skydance (PSKY), including one that provided its CEO, David Zaslav, a position in leading the combined company, the Wall Street Journal’s Joe Flint reports, citing people familiar with the matter. Paramount CEO David Ellison sent a letter to the Warner Bros. board offering Zaslav to stay on as co-CEO and co-chairman.
