Online fashion upstart Shein is being sued by fast-fashion rival Temu, due to what Temu describes as ‘intense’ anticompetitive tactics, writes Sarah Zheng for Bloomberg. This latest lawsuit “revives” an earlier legal dispute that was dropped but now Temu alleges that “Shein filed tens of thousands of copyright takedown notices against Temu, and interfered with suppliers and merchants, added the Bloomberg story. Other companies with an online retail prescence include Amazon (AMZN), Walmart (WMT), JD.com (JD),Vipshop (VIPS).
