Morgan Stanley lowered the firm’s price target on Nordstrom to $13 from $14 and keeps an Underweight rating on the shares. The firm notes that Q3 beat a low bar, and fundamentals remain under pressure despite ongoing strategic initiative roll-out, giving Morgan Stanley little conviction in successful execution and/or P&L improvement from here. The firm continues to see risk of negative EPS revisions mid- to long-term.
