Pivotal Research raised the firm’s price target on Netflix to $800 from $765 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The company reported “another high quality result” with an across the board Q1 subscriber beat, driven by core U.S. and Euro markets and stronger than expected average revenue per user, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm says this implies the ability to generate strong subscriber growth and take price/expand margins, “a powerful combo.”
