KKR is reviewing options to exit IT solutions firm BMC Software, which could be worth about $15B including debt, in a sale or initial public offering, people familiar with the matter told Bloomberg’s Ryan Gould, Dinesh Nair and Katie Roof. The buyout firm, which has received inbound interest from other private equity firms, still favors an IPO, the report said.
