Sergey Brin, a Google (GOOG) co-founder, is in the process of setting up a new $500M nonprofit focused on health and climate change, called Catalyst4, reports Ben Steverman and Biz Carson for Bloomberg. According to Bloomberg, the new non-profit was funded mostly from the sale of $366M in Brin’s Tesla (TSLA) shares in mid December. Brin had asked hid advisors to sell his stake in Tesla after "after his wife, Nicole Shanahan, allegedly had an affair with Musk," wrote Bloomberg. Reference Link
