Constellation Brands raises quarterly dividend 11% to 89c per share

On April 5, 2023, Constellation’s board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of 89c per share of Class A Common Stock payable on May 18, 2023, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 4, 2023.
