Blue World Acquisition Corporation announced that, in order to extend the date by which the Company mush complete its initial business combination from April 2, 2024 to May 2, 2024, an aggregate of $60,000 has been deposited into the Company’s trust account. The payment for the Extension Fee was made by Fuji Solar Co., an indirect major shareholder of Vietnam Sunergy Cell Company Limited, with which the Company is preparing its business combination. The Company issued an unsecured promissory note to Fuji Solar for the deposit of the Extension Fee.
