Morgan Stanley upgraded Agiliti to Equal Weight from Underweight with a price target of $10, up from $8, following the announcement of a deal to be taken private by Thomas H. Lee Partners. Shares are now trading primarily based on the likelihood of the deal closing and the firm sees “a low probability” that the announcement spurs competitive interest, particularly given the acquirer’s ownership in Agiliti.
