Vale S.A. has announced a new partnership with Apollo, establishing a joint venture for the Vale Oman Distribution Center. The deal involves Apollo acquiring a 50% stake for $600 million, with the agreement expected to close in the second half of 2024 pending regulatory approvals. Vale will retain full ownership of the Vale Oman Pelletizing Company.
