Trans-Lux Corporation has filed a Form 12b-25, notifying a delay in its Form 10-K (Yearly Report) for the financial period ending December 31, 2024. The delay is primarily due to cash flow issues that have prevented the company from paying its Independent Registered Public Accounting Firm, which in turn has delayed the commencement of the audit. The company expects to pay the outstanding fees soon and will file the report as soon as the audit is completed, although this will not be within the 15-day extension period typically allowed. Financially, the company anticipates a decrease in revenues by $2.7 million, a decrease in cost of revenues by $3.1 million, an increase in gross income by $367,000, and a decrease in net loss by $601,000. Additionally, a gain on foreign currency remeasurement of $192,000 is expected. Trans-Lux is working towards resolving these issues, as stated by Todd Dupee, the Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, who signed the notification.
