Sonos Inc (SONO) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.
On January 24, 2024, Sonos, Inc. expanded its Board from six to seven members and appointed Jonathan Mildenhall as a new Class III director, with his term set to expire at the 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. He was also named to the Compensation, People and Diversity & Inclusion Committee, effective January 25, 2024. Mildenhall’s appointment is independent of any outside arrangements and does not involve any disclosable transactions. He is considered independent per Nasdaq standards and will receive the standard non-employee director compensation as detailed in the recent proxy statement, in addition to a standard indemnification agreement with the company.
