Petrobras, through its subsidiary PGF, has successfully closed a New Notes Offering of $1 billion 6% Global Notes due 2035 and completed cash tender offers for various outstanding series, with an aggregate purchase price of approximately $918.4 million, excluding accrued interest. The New Notes issuance and tender offers were settled on September 13, 2024. The announcements serve purely for informational purposes and not as an offer to purchase or sell securities.
