Li-Cycle Holdings Corp., a leader in lithium-ion battery resource recovery, has secured a strategic $75 million investment from Glencore, enhancing their long-term partnership and supporting Li-Cycle’s expansion and strategy refinement. This investment is a continuation of the collaboration, following previous funding, and aims to bolster Li-Cycle’s financial position while it reviews its global recycling network and funding options, including a possible $375 million loan from the U.S. Department of Energy.
