Guangzhou Automobile Group Co., Ltd. has announced that they will be distributing an interim dividend of RMB0.3 per share for H Shares, following the end of the six-month period on 30 June 2024. The dividend is set to be paid out by 30 September 2024 to shareholders recorded by 23 September 2024. The company also outlined the tax implications for non-resident enterprise holders and individual overseas H Shareholders, as well as the conversion method for the dividend from Renminbi to Hong Kong dollars.
