GFL Environmental (TSE:GFL) has released an update.
GFL Environmental Inc. is set to offer US$210 million in tax-exempt Solid Waste Disposal Revenue Bonds, which will be used to finance solid waste facilities in Florida. The move aims to restructure debt ahead of a senior note maturity, enhancing the company’s financial flexibility and transitioning towards an unsecured debt framework.
