Eni SPA (E) has released an update.
Eni S.p.A. has reported the acquisition of 3,189,700 treasury shares, constituting 0.10% of its share capital, at an average price of 14.4175 euros per share, totaling approximately 46 million euros. This purchase, conducted between August 12 and August 16, 2024, is part of a shareholder-approved buyback program aimed at providing additional shareholder remuneration. As of now, Eni holds a total of 125,106,870 shares, representing 3.81% of the company’s share capital.
