William Burke is set to depart as Chief Maritime Officer of Carnival Corporation and Carnival plc on February 1, 2025, transitioning to an External Affairs Advisor role within the company. His successor, Lars Ljoen, currently the Chief Operations Officer of Carnival Cruise Line, will step into the Chief Maritime Officer position the same day.
