Bulls Say, Bears Say
Bulls Say
Revenue Growth And Gross Margin ImprovementStrong top-line growth alongside improving gross margins suggests increasing demand and better economic quality in the business. If sustained, this can provide operating leverage and support a more durable path toward profitability as the company scales its clinical services.
Expanded Henderson Treatment CapacityThe expanded facility increases Vivos’ ability to serve patients, integrate diagnostics with treatment, and capture referrals in one location. Greater capacity and a broader local clinical footprint can support multi-quarter revenue growth if referral momentum and staffing continue.
Strengthened Intellectual Property ProtectionAdditional patent coverage can make the core appliance technology harder to design around and help protect differentiation in severe and pediatric OSA treatment. Stronger IP may support provider adoption, commercial durability, and expansion of the company’s non-CPAP platform.
Bears Say
Persistent Cash Burn And Limited LiquidityThe company is consuming cash faster than operations generate it and has limited funds relative to its needs. Continued reliance on external financing creates execution risk, while funding delays could constrain growth initiatives and threaten business continuity.
Negative Equity And Nasdaq Compliance RiskNegative equity reduces financial flexibility and signals that liabilities exceed the book value of assets. The Nasdaq deficiency adds a structural financing and listing risk, potentially forcing equity issuance, debt conversion, or cost reductions that could dilute owners.
Unprofitable Operations And Product-Mix PressureRevenue growth has not yet translated into sustainable profitability, while the core appliance business is shifting toward lower-priced units. High operating expenses and rising treatment costs may continue to absorb gross profit unless the service mix and scale improve materially.

VVOS Earnings Call
Q2 2026
0:00 / 0:00
Earnings Call Sentiment|Negative
The call presented meaningful operational progress: solid revenue growth (Q2 +35%, YTD +51%), improving gross margins, tangible contributions from the Sleep Center of Nevada (sleep testing, treatment), and multiple identified recurring-revenue initiatives (remote monitoring, DME CPAP, EEG/insomnia, pediatric program). However, material financial challenges dominate the risk profile — rising operating losses and cost of sales, heavy cash burn ($9.2M YTD), just $1.8M of cash on hand, substantial doubt about the company’s ability to continue as a going concern, and non-compliance with NASDAQ equity requirements that could trigger delisting. Management’s path to cash-flow positivity by late 2026/early 2027 is plausible but highly execution-dependent and contingent on securing additional financing. Given the severity of near-term liquidity and regulatory (NASDAQ) risks despite operational momentum, the negatives weigh heavily.View all VVOS earnings summariesVVOS Stock 12 Month Forecast
