                      Earnings Call Sentiment|Positive
The call conveyed a largely positive overall picture: strong balance sheet improvements (higher cash, lower net debt, higher equity), higher full-year revenue, materially larger backlog and substantial contract awards in 2025, and continued market momentum (especially in Brazil). Offsetting these positives were a weak fourth quarter driven by two vessels between contracts, lower Q4 EBITDA and net result, weaker JV performance, and a conservative 2026 operational EBITDA guidance that excludes associate contributions. Management’s confidence in securing longer-term work (notably for Normand Maximus) and the intention to exercise the in‑the‑money purchase option—while preserving cash and planning mixed financing—mitigate some execution risks but leave some timing and funding uncertainties for 2027 and beyond.View all SLOFF earnings summaries
