Consolidated Revenue Growth

Mexico Outperformance and Same-Store Sales
Mexico total revenues grew 3.1% with same-store sales up 1.8%; Walmex outperformed ANTAD self-service and club same-store sales by 180 basis points in Mexico.
E-commerce Momentum
E-commerce net sales grew 16.2% and GMV grew 11.5% YoY; e-commerce penetration reached 9.5% of total GMV (up 70 bps). On-demand grew 21%, with ~70% of orders delivered same day and ~25% within 2 hours; quick-commerce orders more than doubled vs Q1 (≈280k orders delivered within 16 minutes).
New Businesses Driving Revenue and Profitability
Walmart Connect revenue +31% YoY and Bait revenue MXN 3.8 billion (+40% YoY). Bait active users 26.8M (+25% YoY) and is delivering profitability comparable to retail businesses. Ecosystem businesses contributed to gross margin expansion in Mexico.
Marketplace and Fulfillment Improvements
Marketplace assortment expanded 26% YoY and cross-border trade now ≈9% of marketplace (up 700 bps). Seller onboarding time reduced by more than half. Walmart Fulfillment Services now fulfills ~45% of marketplace orders, reducing average delivery to just over 3 days.
Price Perception and Private Brands Gains
EDLP price perception improved 310 basis points YoY; private brands penetration increased 90 bps YoY and private brand shelf space raised to 25%. Private brand price gap vs commercial brands expanded 10%.
Availability and Inventory Execution
Self-service total availability improved >20 basis points sequentially; new availability process created >5 million replenishment tasks weekly. Mexico days on hand improved by ~1.8 days YoY, indicating better execution rather than higher inventory.
Strong Cash Generation and Capital Allocation
Last 12 months cash from operations MXN 90.3 billion; working capital benefit ~MXN 4.9 billion; capex MXN 39.3 billion; MXN 38.6 billion returned to shareholders; cash position MXN 30.1 billion at quarter end.
