Fibra Inn is a Mexican real estate investment trust established with the primary objective of acquiring, developing, and leasing a diverse portfolio of hotel properties throughout Mexico, specifically catering to business travelers. Its operations are internally managed through a dedicated subsidiary that provides asset management services without incurring any additional fees. The company has secured various agreements, including franchising, licensing, and brand usage contracts, with prominent international hotel groups to operate both globally recognized and domestic hotel brands, and also holds development partnerships. The hotels under its management benefit from some of the hospitality industry's leading loyalty programs. Fibra Inn's Real Estate Certificates (Certificados Bursátiles Fiduciarios Inmobiliarios, or CBFIs) are listed and actively traded on the Mexican Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol FINN13.
