Headquartered in Suncheon, South Korea, DSR Wire Corp was founded in 1971 and is a leading South Korean manufacturer of various wire and wire rope products. Its extensive product lineup includes high carbon steel wire, music spring wire, hard drawn steel wire, and zinc-coated steel wire, as well as specialized items such as PowerMax rope and OT wire. These products are crucial components utilized across a broad spectrum of industries, including marine operations (mooring), lifting, fishing, energy (oil and gas), mining, leisure, forestry (logging), heavy machinery (cranes), automotive, electronics, construction, agriculture, and consumer goods, among general industrial applications. The company operated under the name Chunki Wire Rope Industry Ltd until May 2000 when it officially became DSR Wire Corp.
