Established in 1960 and based in Haman, South Korea, Hankook Steel Co., Ltd. serves as a key producer and supplier of a diverse range of steel products throughout the country. The company crafts specialized steel components for multiple industries; its offerings for shipbuilding include rudder horns, propeller bosses, lower castings, stern bosses and tubes, and tillers. For industrial use, it manufactures items such as crowns, frames, columns, discharge heads, roll chocks, slag pots, various dies (tee and bending), girth gears, holding blocks, mill housings, tables, and trunnions. Furthermore, Hankook Steel provides crucial parts for power generation, including turbine castings, valve bodies, butterfly valves, and gate valves. The company also produces a variety of forging ingots, encompassing general, round, and E.S.R types.
