Bulls Say, Bears Say
Bulls Say
Revenue ExpansionRevenue has risen substantially from 2.75B in 2022 to 6.73B in 2026, demonstrating multi-year business expansion. This scale-up can support broader customer reach, operating leverage and reinvestment capacity, creating a durable foundation for continued growth if execution remains strong.
Improving ProfitabilityNet income increased more than fourfold from 122M in 2022 to 552M in 2026, while gross and net margins generally improved through 2025. Rising earnings power strengthens internal funding capacity and indicates that expansion has translated into meaningful operating profitability.
Stronger Balance SheetThe balance sheet has strengthened materially as equity expanded to 4.90B in 2026 and leverage declined sharply from earlier elevated levels. A conservative debt-to-equity position improves financial resilience, supports future investment and gives management greater flexibility during weaker periods.
Bears Say
Persistent Negative Free Cash FlowFree cash flow has remained negative for three consecutive annual periods after being positive in 2023, reaching -724.3M in 2026. Continued cash outflow means accounting earnings are not consistently becoming distributable cash, increasing reliance on disciplined investment and funding execution.
Volatile Operating Cash FlowOperating cash flow has been volatile, including a negative result in 2025 followed by a 277.5M rebound in 2026. Such inconsistency makes cash planning harder and suggests that working-capital or reinvestment demands may continue to disrupt the conversion of reported profits into dependable cash generation.
Uneven Recent GrowthThe sharp contrast between very low revenue growth in 2025 and a large increase in 2026 indicates that the recent growth trajectory has not been consistent. Uneven expansion can complicate capacity planning, earnings forecasting and assessment of how reliably current momentum will persist.
