Bulls Say, Bears Say
Bulls Say
Positive Cash GenerationPositive operating and free cash flow through 2025 provides a foundation for meeting obligations and funding activity despite reported losses. This is a relative strength over the medium term, although the benefit is tempered by the sharp 2025 decline and its small scale versus debt.
Improved Gross MarginThe improvement in gross margin indicates that the company retained more value from its revenue base in 2025 than in 2023. If maintained, better gross economics could support future operating improvement, though the return to an operating loss shows this benefit is not yet fully established.
Reported EPS ImprovementReported EPS growth is a relative positive because it suggests per-share results improved over the measured period, even though the company remains loss-making. Continued improvement could help rebuild earnings capacity, but the underlying benefit remains limited until losses and margins stabilize.
Bears Say
Negative Equity And Leverage RiskNegative equity and substantial debt materially weaken financial flexibility and increase solvency risk. The concurrent decline in total assets points to balance-sheet contraction, leaving less capacity to absorb further losses, support investment, or manage obligations through a prolonged weak period.
Persistent Unprofitable OperationsRecurring net losses and deeply negative margins show that the business has not yet demonstrated a stable earnings model. The return to an operating loss in 2025 after a positive operating result in 2024 also indicates weak operating leverage and limited confidence in sustained profitability.
Volatile And Contracting RevenueThe steep revenue decline followed by only modest recovery signals an unstable and contracting business base. Combined with the sharp 2025 drop in free cash flow, this volatility makes future funding and operating performance less predictable over the next several quarters.
