Bulls Say, Bears Say
Bulls Say
Revenue & Commercial GrowthSustained top-line momentum and expanding prescribing base indicate durable commercial adoption. Continued quarter-over-quarter demand growth and rising account penetration create a larger addressable on‑label market and provide a foundation to scale gross profit and spread fixed commercial costs over higher volumes.
Clinical Program MomentumA fully enrolled Phase III with an imminent interim and peer-reviewed validation materially reduces binary clinical risk if positive. NCCN inclusion and planned RWE generation strengthen physician uptake, reimbursement positioning, and long-term market penetration, sustaining commercial value beyond initial launch.
Balance Sheet CushionA meaningful equity base and modest leverage provide runway to execute commercialization and clinical milestones without immediate distress. This capital structure lowers short-term refinancing urgency and offers optionality to pursue Europe strategy or invest in supply chain and RWE while managing dilution risk.
Bears Say
Persistent Cash BurnOngoing negative operating and free cash flow means the company is not self-funding its growth; sustained burn will deplete liquidity or force additional financing. That dynamic constrains strategic flexibility, risks dilution or higher financing costs, and makes milestone execution contingent on capital access.
Lack Of Profitability / Negative ReturnsDespite rapid revenue growth, the firm has not converted scale into positive margins or returns. Continued negative profitability limits internal capital generation, challenges long‑term shareholder value creation, and leaves upside dependent on sustained margin improvement or favorable reimbursement trends.
Gross-to-net & Market Access PressureElevated and persistent gross-to-net discounts (driven by 340B and GPO contracting) reduce realized revenue per unit and compress margins structurally. With EU commercialization strategy unresolved, sustained G‑to‑N pressure could cap long-term revenue conversion and limit profitability even as volumes grow.
