We also highlight 37 leases equating to £11.2m of rent concluded in the period 13.4% ahead of ERV, which has given management confidence to upgrade ERV growth guidance. The shares have bounced 20% since mid-October, along with the sector that is up 17%, largely due to rate expectations and recent inflation prints. The shares now trade at a 32% discount to spot NTA and we think will remain one of the most sensitive stocks to rate expectations due to the cyclical nature of GPE's business model and importance of capital growth in the context of total returns. Despite the weakness in capital values this morning, we think a lot is priced in, and see future upside potential as inflation falls, and we approach peak rates. However, we acknowledge the likely share price weakness this morning in response to the results.
