HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings S.A. is a prominent energy group primarily active in Greece, Southeast Europe, and the East Mediterranean region. Its operations span multiple key segments including hydrocarbon refining, fuel marketing, oil and gas exploration and production, petrochemicals, and power generation. The company's core business encompasses the refining, supply, and commercialization of petroleum products, alongside the retail and wholesale distribution of various fuels. It is actively involved in the discovery and extraction of oil and gas, the manufacture and sale of petrochemicals, and the generation and trading of electricity. Beyond fossil fuels, HELLENiQ ENERGY also contributes to the renewable energy sector through the production, distribution, and commercialization of green power. The group's broad portfolio of activities additionally covers the management of a fleet of tankers and other vessels, the production and marketing of lubricants, polypropylene, and solvents, and the trade of imported plastics and chemicals, including BOPP films. It is also involved in constructing and operating fuel storage facilities and crude oil pipelines, offering treasury, consulting, and engineering services, and providing financing. In Greece, the company maintains a substantial infrastructure network, featuring 1,682 service stations, 15 fuel storage and distribution hubs, 24 airport refueling points, 2 LPG bottling plants, and a lubricant manufacturing and packaging facility. Founded in 1998, the company was previously known as Hellenic Petroleum Holdings Societe Anonyme before adopting its current name, HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings S.A., in September 2022. Its corporate headquarters are located in Marousi, Greece.
