Dorna Acquisition Progress
Liberty Media is progressing with the Phase II regulatory process for the Dorna acquisition and working constructively with the European Commission. Approval is hoped to be received by June 30, 2025.

As of March 31, Formula One had $14.2 billion of future revenue secured under contract, providing high visibility into business performance for several years.

Social media followers reached 100 million, growing 30% year-over-year, with significant growth on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
