Additionally, it holds 16 gold licenses, broken down into 13 for mining and 3 for exploration, all situated in the Chepes region of Argentina. Established in 2004, the company rebranded from Ultra Resources Inc. to Ultra Lithium Inc. in January 2022. Its corporate headquarters are based in Vancouver, Canada.
