Bulls Say, Bears Say

Bulls Say
Cash GenerationConsistent operating cash flow and a sharp FCF improvement to ~€454M in 2025 show the company can convert revenues into durable cash. That cash profile supports reinvestment, program ramp funding, dividends or debt service over the next several quarters if discipline holds.
Improving ProfitabilityProfitability recovered materially from 2020 losses, with positive net income and mid-single-digit EBIT margin in 2025. Sustained margin improvement implies better program execution and pricing, strengthening earnings resilience and supporting returns on equity over the medium term.
Program-driven Recurring RevenueBusiness model centered on multi-year OEM production programs and related tooling/engineering yields predictable, contract-backed revenue streams. That program linkage provides visibility into volumes and cash flows across vehicle lifecycles, aiding planning and capital allocation.
Bears Say
Elevated LeverageA debt-funded balance sheet with D/E ~1.18 raises financial risk in a cyclical auto-supplier industry. High leverage limits flexibility for investment or smoothing downturns, increases interest burden and can force tougher liquidity or refinancing choices if volumes decline.
Thin Net MarginsNet margin near 1.8% provides a small buffer against raw material, energy or FX swings common in auto supply chains. Low per-revenue profitability reduces ability to absorb cost shocks, compresses free cash conversion and makes returns sensitive to price/mix changes.
Slowing Revenue GrowthRecent revenue cooling and negative growth metrics indicate demand softness or program timing headwinds. Slower top-line growth constrains operating leverage, can pressure margins and free cash flow, and limits the company's ability to deleverage or expand capacity over coming quarters.
