The company's extensive property holdings include approximately 160,000 residential and commercial units, alongside nursing properties offering roughly 10,580 beds, and various assisted living apartments. Additionally, it is responsible for the management and marketing of several nursing and residential care homes. Founded in 1924, Deutsche Wohnen SE maintains its principal office in Berlin, Germany, and currently operates as a subsidiary of Vonovia SE.
