Bulls Say, Bears Say

Bulls Say
Revenue Growth AccelerationSustained re-acceleration to ~16% TTM indicates durable demand for power and infrastructure services. Consistent top-line momentum supports backlog conversion and scale benefits, helping to amortize fixed costs and underpin medium-term revenue visibility despite margin pressure.
Integrated EPC And Services ModelA full‑lifecycle engineering, procurement and construction model lets the company capture design-to-construction value, deepen client relationships, and win larger integrated contracts. This structural capability supports repeat business and a steady project pipeline over months.
Stable Gross Margin (~12%)A steady gross margin near 12% signals consistent control over direct project costs and procurement execution. That stability provides a structural cushion for operating profitability and suggests technical and sourcing capabilities that could sustain earnings if overheads are managed.
Bears Say
Consistently Negative Free Cash FlowPersistent negative free cash flow (TTM ~-38.0B) implies heavy capex or working capital absorption and weak cash conversion. Over time this raises funding dependence, elevates refinancing risk, and constrains the firm's ability to self-finance projects or build liquidity buffers.
High Leverage (debt-to-equity ~3.2x)Debt-to-equity near 3.2x, up sharply from ~1.3x in 2021, reduces financial flexibility and raises interest and covenant risk. Elevated leverage magnifies exposure to project delays or margin compression and limits capacity to absorb shocks without costly external financing.
Thin And Weakening Net MarginsNet margin decline to ~1.3% from ~1.9–2.1% erodes returns on capital and leaves little room for cost overruns. Thin margins make earnings highly sensitive to project execution, supply cost swings and contract disputes, undermining durable profitability unless operational improvements follow.
