Calissio Resources Group, Inc. primarily focuses on the prospecting and extraction of copper deposits at its Jovita mining property. The company also extends its activities to acquiring and developing various base metal projects throughout Mexico. Established in 2000, the firm's corporate headquarters are situated in Las Vegas, Nevada. It operated under the name Amarium Technologies, Inc. until October 2014, when it officially adopted its current identity. Since September 10, 2015, Calissio Resources Group, Inc. has been a subsidiary of Industrias Calissio Sur Sa.
