                  Kuros Biosciences AG functions as a biopharmaceutical enterprise, dedicated to both the development and market introduction of advanced therapeutic solutions for tissue regeneration and bone repair. Its operations span across the United States, the European Union, and other global regions. The company's business activities are structured into three main segments: Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, and a Legacy Portfolio. Its orthobiologics product line includes MagnetOs Granules and MagnetOs Putty, available in EU and US markets for various orthopedic, spinal, and dental applications. Within its fibrin/PTH orthobiologics pipeline, KUR-111 has successfully completed a Phase 2b clinical trial for treating tibial plateau fractures. Similarly, KUR-113 has concluded its Phase 2b clinical trial for tibial shaft fractures and is currently undergoing a Phase II trial for spinal interbody fusion procedures. Additionally, Kuros offers sealant products such as Neuroseal, a synthetic tissue sealant marketed in the EU and US, engineered to prevent cerebrospinal fluid leakage after cranial or spinal surgeries. The company also engages in a collaborative endeavor with Checkmate Pharmaceuticals LLC for the advancement of CYT003, intended for oncology treatments.
