The Catskill Litigation Trust manages the litigation rights for a consortium of companies: Empire Resorts, Inc., Monticello Raceway Management, Inc., Monticello Casino Management, LLC, Monticello Raceway Development Company, LLC, and Mohawk Management, LLC. These legal actions arise from allegations that Park Place Entertainment Corporation deliberately interfered with and undermined specific agreements and commercial relationships these companies had with the St. Regis Mohawk Tribe. The Trust is headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware.
