BankGuam Holding Company operates as the bank holding company for the Bank of Guam that provides various banking products and services to individuals, businesses, and government entities in Guam. The company accepts various deposit products, including demand deposits, savings and time certificates of deposit, checking accounts, interest-bearing deposits, and time deposits. Its lending products include commercial loans, letters of credit, personal loans, auto loans, and home loans. In addition, the company offers insurance and trust services, as well as merchant services. Further, it provides cannabis banking. It serves customers through a network of branches in Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of Palau, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, and San Francisco. BankGuam Holding Company was incorporated in 1972 and is headquartered in Hagatna, Guam.
