A core innovation for the company is its proprietary Cellulose-to-Sugar (CTS 2.0) process, an advanced mechanical and chemical dry method that efficiently converts cellulosic materials into valuable sugar and lignin, destined for use in the biofuels industry. Furthermore, the company maintains a license for the Vertimass Process, enabling the conversion of ethanol into sustainable aviation fuel. Established in 2012, this Palm Beach Gardens, Florida-based enterprise was formerly known as Alliance Bioenergy Plus, Inc., adopting its current name, Blue Biofuels, Inc., in August 2021.
