Sally Segment Outperformance
Sally net sales grew 4.1% to $521 million (including 230 bps FX benefit); segment comparable sales +2.5%, with Sally U.S. & Canada comps +4.4%; transactions and average ticket both up 2%; color category up 11% (12% in Sally U.S. & Canada).
E-commerce and Digital Momentum
Global e-commerce sales increased 13% to $108 million (12% of total net sales). Sally e-commerce grew 21% to $50 million (10% of segment sales) and Sally U.S. & Canada e-commerce grew 28%. New Sally app launch drove higher engagement, conversion, larger AOV and reduced cart abandonment.
BSG Margin Improvement
BSG achieved operating margin of 12.4%, up 90 basis points; BSG gross margin expanded 110 basis points to 40.9%, while top line remained roughly flat.
Fuel for Growth Program Progress
On track to capture approximately $45 million of gross margin and SG&A benefits in fiscal 2026 and to reach $120 million of cumulative run-rate savings over a 3-year period, with $9 million pretax benefits captured in Q2.
Product Innovation and Store Refresh Traction
New product launches and category expansions (ion Luxe infrared tools, Kiara Sky nails, fragrance rollout to 2,000 stores, Amika skincare launch) plus 40 Sally Ignited store refreshes completed (80 planned by fiscal year-end) showing positive KPIs (UPT, ATV, dwell time and cross-category penetration).
