Bulls Say, Bears Say
Bulls Say
Integrated Service ModelCombining project execution with maintenance and after-sales work gives the group both development-related revenue and an ongoing service stream. That mix can support customer retention, broaden revenue continuity, and reduce reliance on winning only new construction projects over the next several quarters.
Resilient ProfitabilityImproving gross and net margins indicate that profitability has held up despite the latest revenue contraction. Healthy operating profitability provides internal capacity to fund operations and protect earnings resilience, supporting the durability of the business model if project activity remains uneven.
Improving Capital StructureLower debt relative to equity and a growing equity base strengthen the balance sheet compared with earlier periods. This provides greater financial resilience and flexibility to manage project cycles, although the benefit depends on the company maintaining adequate cash conversion as operations develop.
Bears Say
Latest Revenue ContractionA roughly 14% annual revenue decline signals weaker top-line momentum after strong expansion from 2021 to 2025. Whether caused by project timing or a broader slowdown, lower revenue can reduce operating leverage and make sustained margin performance more difficult across the next few reporting periods.
Uneven Cash ConversionRepeated negative operating and free cash flow shows that reported profitability has not consistently converted into cash. This working-capital volatility can constrain self-funded growth, increase reliance on financing, and make liquidity discipline especially important during periods of project or revenue disruption.
Higher Absolute DebtAlthough leverage relative to equity has improved, the recent increase in absolute debt adds financial sensitivity if cash generation weakens. Higher debt can reduce flexibility during project-cycle downturns and increase the consequences of further cash-flow volatility, particularly after the 2026 reversal.
