Bulls Say, Bears Say
Bulls Say
Strong Multi-year Revenue Scale-upSustained revenue growth from ~15.7B to ~55.5B over five years reflects repeatable project wins and expanding market presence. This scale improves bidding power, supplier terms and fixed-cost absorption, supporting durable top-line momentum and execution capacity over the next 2–6 months.
Improving Net Income And ProfitabilityNet income growth to ~2.13B indicates improving operating performance and some leverage on rising revenues. A stronger earnings base enhances internal funding for capex and working capital, and supports longer-term reinvestment and debt servicing capacity if margins stabilize.
Expanded Asset Base And Equity CapitalA materially larger asset and equity base increases the company’s ability to execute bigger projects and absorb working-capital swings. Stronger balance-sheet capacity supports scale, gives room for strategic investments, and underpins competitive positioning in capital-intensive project work.
Bears Say
Recent Negative Free Cash FlowA return to negative free cash flow in 2025–2026 despite higher operating cash highlights uneven cash conversion and heavy reinvestment or working-capital build. Persistent negative FCF raises reliance on external funding and can constrain liquidity, dividends and strategic flexibility.
Rising Debt And Leverage TrendAn increasing debt load (~9.48B) and an upward leverage trend amplify refinancing and interest-rate sensitivity. Combined with uneven cash conversion, higher debt reduces financial flexibility and raises the risk that adverse project timing or cost overruns will pressure coverage metrics and stakeholder returns.
Margin Volatility And Cost PressureDeclining gross profit despite revenue growth signals margin compression from cost inflation or adverse project mix. Margin volatility weakens earnings predictability, can erode return on invested capital over time, and makes cash-flow planning and long-term investment decisions more uncertain.
