Bulls Say, Bears Say
Bulls Say
Consistent Multi-year Revenue GrowthSustained top-line growth across 2023–2026 demonstrates underlying project execution and sales momentum. Multi-year revenue gains support predictable development pipelines, enable better supplier/contractor terms, and provide a firmer base for reinvestment and long-term cash generation.
Significant Margin ExpansionMaterial improvement in net margin reflects stronger pricing power and execution, boosting sustainable earnings per project. Higher margins enhance return on equity and create a buffer versus cost inflation, supporting long-term cash flow and capacity to fund new projects or retain earnings.
Material Deleveraging And Higher ROEA markedly stronger capital structure and higher ROE reduce refinancing and solvency risk for a capital-intensive developer. Lower leverage improves funding optionality and interest burden, making the business more resilient to rate cycles and better positioned to pursue selective land or JV opportunities.
Bears Say
Severe Cash Conversion Deterioration In 2026A sharp fall in OCF and FCF despite higher net income signals working-capital and project-timing stress. Persistent weak cash conversion would constrain liquidity, raise reliance on external funding, and limit the company’s ability to invest, fund completions, or withstand market slowdowns.
Profit Margin Volatility Tied To Project Mix/timingEarnings and margins fluctuate with project completions and product mix, reducing predictability of cash flows. This cyclicality complicates planning for land purchases and capital deployment, and raises the risk that margins could compress again if market or input-cost dynamics shift.
Debt Uptick In 2026 Despite Multi-year DeleveragingAn absolute rise in debt after years of deleveraging can reverse progress if sustained, especially with weak cash conversion. Higher debt levels elevate refinancing and interest-rate exposure, potentially pressuring free cash flow and limiting strategic flexibility during downturns.
