Bulls Say, Bears Say
Bulls Say
Strong Revenue GrowthRapid revenue expansion indicates strong execution and demand across infrastructure projects. If the company converts its growing project activity into sustainable margins, a larger operating base can support continued earnings growth over the medium term.
Improved Profitability And ReturnsThe substantial improvement in net margin and ROE suggests better earnings conversion and capital productivity than in earlier years. This strengthens the business model, although sustaining these returns will depend on disciplined project execution.
Deleveraging Balance SheetLower leverage indicates that equity has grown faster than debt, reducing balance-sheet risk and improving financial flexibility. This provides greater capacity to manage project cycles and fund growth, even though total borrowing remains material.
Bears Say
Weak Cash ConversionLimited conversion of accounting profit into free cash flow raises concerns about working-capital absorption and reinvestment needs. Persistent volatility could constrain debt reduction, shareholder returns, and the ability to fund new contracts internally.
Volatile Operating MarginsMargin inconsistency reduces confidence in earnings predictability and suggests project mix, procurement costs, delays, or execution conditions can materially affect profitability. Sustained growth will require stronger control over contract-level economics.
Project And Working-Capital RiskThe EPC model depends on winning and executing large contracts, with cash tied to measured progress, claims, and customer payments. Delays, cost overruns, or slower collections can pressure margins and liquidity despite reported revenue growth.
