Bulls Say, Bears Say
Bulls Say
Strong Revenue GrowthRevenue expanded about 46% in FY2026 versus FY2025 and grew across FY2022–FY2026, showing strong project execution and demand for the company’s infrastructure offering. Sustained growth can improve scale, support fixed-cost absorption, and expand future earnings capacity.
Improved Profitability And ReturnsNet margin increased from about 0.6% in FY2021 to 5.9% in FY2026, while ROE reached about 25%. This indicates materially stronger earnings conversion and capital productivity, giving the company more internal capacity to support operations and pursue infrastructure opportunities.
Improving LeverageDebt-to-equity declined from about 0.62 in FY2023 to 0.42 in FY2026 as equity grew. The improving leverage profile reduces balance-sheet pressure relative to the expanding capital base and provides a stronger foundation for managing project cycles over the next several quarters.
Bears Say
Weak And Uneven Cash ConversionFree cash flow was negative in FY2025, rebounded in FY2026 but remained sharply below FY2024, and covered only about 33% of net income. This weak and uneven conversion means reported profits may not translate consistently into shareholder cash or funding flexibility.
Volatile MarginsMargins remain difficult to forecast: gross margin compressed materially in FY2026 versus FY2025, while FY2025 operating and EBITDA margins were unusually low relative to other years. Such volatility can make project profitability and earnings durability less predictable.
Meaningful Debt FundingTotal debt of about 10.0B means the company remains meaningfully reliant on debt funding even as debt-to-equity improves. If project cycles or margins weaken, interest and repayment obligations could amplify financial pressure and restrict capital allocation flexibility.
