Bulls Say, Bears Say

Bulls Say
Low Leverage And Substantial EquityVery low leverage limits financial risk and preserves flexibility to fund exploration or development. The substantial equity base provides a buffer against modest debt obligations, although continued cash burn could eventually require new capital.
Active Exploration PlatformA broad exploration program gives Hammer multiple opportunities to generate discoveries and advance assets rather than relying on a single workstream. Success remains uncertain, but these activities support ongoing project development and potential value creation.
Multiple Paths To Realise Exploration ValueThe exploration model can create value through partnerships or asset monetisation without requiring Hammer to fund every stage alone. Joint ventures and farm-outs may reduce capital intensity while preserving exposure to successful project advancement.
Bears Say
No Scaled Operating RevenueThe absence of dependable operating revenue shows that Hammer is not yet a self-sustaining mining business. Its ability to create value depends on exploration success, transactions or future development, making results highly dependent on external funding and asset outcomes.
Persistent Operating And Net LossesOngoing losses indicate that current activities do not cover the company’s cost base and exploration commitments. This weak profitability reduces internal reinvestment capacity and makes sustained improvement dependent on discoveries, partnerships or a future transition to production.
Sustained Negative Cash Flow And Funding DependencePersistent cash burn means exploration is being funded externally rather than through operations. Even with low debt, continued negative cash flow can require equity raisings or other funding, creating dilution risk and limiting the pace of project advancement.
